What case summaries are available online?

• Summaries of the Canadian Forces Grievance Board’s (CFGB) Findings and Recommendations (F&R) for the last 3 years.

• Summaries of the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) decisions on the corresponding F&R.This section provides access to the Case Summaries of the Findings and Recommendations (F&R) of the CFGB submitted to the Chief of the Defence Staff (CDS) for decisions and Summaries of the CDS decisions on the corresponding F&Rs. Newly Updated Case Summaries are presented in the order in which they are received. You can also find specific Case Summaries by selecting options in the Filter Your Results section. You can access a list of summaries, by Category; Subject; Case # or by year of the F&R date or the CDS Decision date.

In accordance with the requirements of the Official Languages Act, the CFGB posts all its documents simultaneously in both official languages on this website. Therefore, you can expect a reasonable delay from the time the F&R is submitted or the CDS Decision rendered to the time they are posted on this site.
